What's the purpose of having a breakdown like that?

Really. Good question. Why would you want a break down gun? Gonna put it your backpack when you go to work in the A/C?

Yeah so I can sneak into you office at Disney and give you a wake up call smart Azz. Maybe I need a Glock as a back-up. Now, why a break down? Easy to store, transport, clean, maintain, just plan cool. They make a special Leather and Nylon carrying case that is awesome (buying one since my infamous neighbor PapaJ AKA: Tbone, believes that I am Richie Rich). I go to GA on 2-4 day hunts frequently from Sep - Feb and end up taking 3-5 guns to shoot when I go depending what we are hunting or shooting. This way I can have another awesome gun and don't have to throw them in back of the pick-up. Money Tree, Right? No, not at all. I have just made very good buys & trades for the last 25 years. Just bought a 7 gun collection that I will be breaking up soon.

Guess ole "Money Bags" should put a 4X Leupold on top instead of a cheap $250.00 Burris...

gotta make an exception on my no scopes on levers ( cuz they are then no longer saddle guns) and that would be for the blr's which are kinda like a hybrid between a bolt and lever, plus the ammo they handle need some glass to reach their full potential.
