Hey guys, need little help about AR15

you still military? i would look around at the STAG or Windham Armory rifles. My buddy up here in Tampa sells them for $800.00 with military discount they have a life-time transferrable warranty. Flat-top, ready for your optics. although they do come with iron sights. Alot of the companies are coming out with lower end ARs in the $600.00 to $700.00 dollar range but most of them are not Mil-spec. (non- chrome lined barrels, or thinner barrels) A standard mil-spec AR with the Mil-spec barrel will be plenty thick enough to do what you want to do with no problems.
