Any of you guys threaded your own barrel? I'm kicking around the idea of trying one myself but haven't a clue of where to begin.

I'm not sure what direction you're going. Do you want to build a gun from parts, or maybe do a re-barrel job on a rifle.

do you have a lathe capable of threading?
if your not a machinist or at least a hobby machinist your just flirting with disaster
any good machine shop or gunsmith can thread your barrel end for you.
looking to thread the .450??

Yeah the 450. I'm not a machinist but I was looking to get into a little gun smithing action.
