So i mean that kinda makes it hard to be in CLEAR SIGHT.(the gun it self, not the container).

smart or not....safe or not...it's still legal if snapped in a holster.

Me...I would never do it. I'm with Carlos....out of sight.

Completely different debate, we were discussing if it was "legal" or not, not if we would do it.

I have done it and ride with my 38 sitting on the seat in the thumb break holster quite often when I'm outside of town or the city, but not when I'm driving on Orange Ave in Downtown Orlando or on the 408 doing 80 MPH with the rest of the knucklehead drivers in CFL.
