When it gets real dirty I use a mop with a lot of Ed's Red solution and put it into the chamber and let it sit for a while (maybe 30 minutes). Then I use a copper brush that fit tightly and use cordless drill like Iluv2hunt above and let it spin at slow speed for a minute.
