Florida open carry bill

HB 234 - or the Open Carry Bill was signed by Gov. Scott on Jun 17, 2011. It will now become law.
The bill DOES NOT ALLOW OPEN CARRY of a firearm IN FLORIDA! IT Does decriminalize ACCIDENTAL exposure of a concealed firearm to the public.
It is still against the law to expose a concealed firearm in a threatening maner, except in cases of self-defense.
