Your Sig does look like it has the same features as my 1911. Best of luck with it. I bought my Kimber Pro Crimson Carry II with laser grips about 2 months ago. I went to Beckwith’s in Micanopy and rented two handguns I wanted to shoot. I bought the Kimber at the same time as the S&W .357 magnum Model 686. I do like the way this .45 fits my grasp. I shot it to qualify for my Carry Concealed permit. The class instructor had each of us take 20 rounds (to start) up to the bench. After putting 10 rounds through the Kimber, nine of which were in the kill zone from neck to navel, he told me I was done firing. I had passed. That made me feel pleased.
