This afternoon my wife and I stopped off at the local gun shop to pick up some ammo for my wife’s pistol. While I was chatting with the salesman my wife saw a rifle on the used gun rack that caught her attention. She asked the salesman to see the rifle. It was a used CZ 452 FS in 22 magnum and was in excellent to like new condition. The stock fit her well and she immediately liked the rifle. She liked the wood grain and the look of the Mannlicher stock. 20 minutes later we were leaving with the rifle plus 4 different 22 magnum ammo. We’ve been checking out the rifle at home for past few hours and I can’t find anything wrong with the rifle cosmetically and mechanically it is perfect too. The trigger is set at very crisp 3 pounds and the bolt cycles smoothly.
It is a beautiful rifle with very classic lines. If it shoots as good as it looks it will be a winner. Can’t wait to take it out to the range.
Here is a picture of same model rifle I found on the web. My wife’s rifle is identical to this one but her stock has slightly lighter brown tone and has more grains on the forestock.
Can't go wrong with a CZ they make fine guns they shoot great and fit the body/hand very well. Congrats to the wife, and you for picking a women who likes to shoot.
very nice rifle
Very nice. The CZ lines of bolt guns have come a long way. They are and have been making quality stuff for a number of years now. If you don't mind, how much $$$$ did they hit you for?
that thing looks awesome!
