the old Steve Mcqueen " wanted dead or alive " tv show gun, nicknamed the lambsshank or something like that, classisied as a pistol and that short stock I doubt would fit into anyones shoulder. imo the 16"bbl with reg stock and large ring is a much better option but more $$ if you can find one by winchester, ask gunboy he has one. I suppose it's legal wherever pistols are.
Should be legal during any season and in any area that allows centerfire rifles.
