Kinda, Not all WMA's allow it, but on private land its open season all year, At least for now anyway. that rule may change next year. Early in 2008 the FWC reclassified the wild hog status from livestock to protected species with that change comes the slim chance of loseing all year private land opportunities 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁

I think the big reasoning behind that is to stop the live transport of wild hogs, due to the threat of spreading disease, there have been countless studies on the different diseases carried by wild swine, and the susceptibility of domesticated livestock to catch those diseases, not to mention other hogs, wild or domestic. So we just gotta hope that truly is the logic behind the reclassification, and those in charge are just not stupid enough to curtail the effects that hunting has on keeping them suckers from exploding totally out of control, and maybe even expand some more opps on the public lands in places that are becoming overrun.
