Anybody know of any good rabbit hunting areas in Florida? Preferably the Central Florida region. I saw my first cottontail in a year since I moved back from NM ( a year ago). i always had a blast hunting those guys and want to do it again. Any help would be great. Thanks.
It's tough. I haven't seen many since I quit hitting the marsh a few years back. If you have a little beagle dog I imagine there's plenty to be found but for places to just go jump 'em up, I can't give you any clues.
Yeah I don't have a dog. The desert was nice, all you had to do was walk around and these thinkg would tear away from you. Too much vegetation here to easily spot em.
I have seen a couple but they are gone abt as fast...dog got one couple weeks back but by the time I got it always it was pretty much gone!
