Cr0ck,me and my buddys tried getting in a few other leases and they wouldn't take us.WMA's are taking all of our dog hunting rights away from us and the leases are filling up with guys that can't afford to go to Ga anymore. Eitherway, need a place to whack a few deer.

glowworm, i have never deer hunted florida, period. when i got back into hunting, i had heard the horror stories of hunting WMAs during deer season. now that i know better, not all the stories are true. i prefer my set-up i have. on a lease you have to do some work. cutting shooting lanes, hanging stands. but you can also plant your own food plots, and feed whatever in feeders. your able to groom areas to try and make it so the deer will travel through it versus someplace else. i can say that everytime i have been to the lease this year, i have seen deer. not always gotten a shot, but have seen them.
