C/L sporting as said! The leases I am looking into and one caught my eye best are small acreage per person.I would never hunt an open lease!!I will post ads I have have found in a minute!
Established 7000 acre hunting club with a 6 point rule, has only 3 openings remaining. Club is family oriented with a rifle range, cleaning station and camping area. Membership provides year-round access to lease . Our lease is quality managed with trophy deer, hogs and turkey. The following openings are available: Stand#1-A 240 acre corner block with creeks and 2 logging roads passing through the interior. It has a mix of planted pines, hardwoods and mature timbers that will easily accommodate climbers and provide excellent visibility from a tree stand for $900.00.(2 people can share this area) Stand #2- A 120 acre corner block with a 250 yard food plot area against a small creek with excellent visibility from a tree stand up to 350 yards for $500.00. Stand #3-A 150 acre interior block in a remote location .6 of a mile deep in the woods. This area has a small food plot area, multiple stand locations and exceptional visibility with bare woods floors areas that can provide an opportunity for those extra long shots for $600.00

I think it's time for a change in my hunting. It's pretty bad when you pay 1300.00 for a lease and you don't see nothing but does week after week. My buddy has killed 3 bucks and a doe and several hogs on WMA's and after seeing all the pics on here. I swear I could kill a doe everytime I hit the woods in my lease,place needs thinned out bad but our President is dead against doe killing,even during bow season.It's really embaressing when public land is so much better than private.
get EVERYONE together and go to the lease holder and say HEY we need to kill does.. if not were all out. trust me hell have doe tags quick..
Then the next wave of people will fill it. Wont work with this guy

My club is just over 30,000 acres and is a dog hunting club. It's slam full of hogs and that's what I do,I love running porkers with dogs,but I love still hunting deer just as much or more,but after the first 9 days I pretty much just dog hunt. I'm pretty sure I'll be in a Ga lease again next year and this club if there's any hogs left in it.Sometimes you gotta work a few weekends to come up with your hunting money. Sad thing is,I used to hunt all this land over 20 years ago with a 15.00 permit.
