rolling around in cow crap is nice, but what do you use when you go hunting, lol. I had a doe come right up to check me out one time while hanging from a branch squeezing the cheese, thought she was gonna toss my salad.

does scent away go bad? I have a bottle from last season is it still good? should I get a new bottle?

I bought a bottle on closeout at the end of last season and opened it this season to use, but it has a moldy smell to it. A bottle from 3 years ago though smelt fine.

*IMO* eliminating scent is a myth and impossible to achieve, unless you can figure out a way to stop breathing, sweating and coming into contact with anything un-sterile. everything you touch, step in/on, brush up against, eat, drink or smoke will leave a scent any animal and some humans will be able to smell. the best you can hope to do is reduce it. over the years I've tried the suits, sprays, masking scents etc, etc. the only commercial item I can say for sure I've seen work is the sexual attractants, if used at the right time and place the right way and those are not 100%. time and again I think I've had the closest encounters when I could smell myself, and seen hunters that smoke like a chimney and pee from their tree stands see tons of deer, so go figure. I do believe the older and wiser a deer is the more wary of scents they are. IMO once again I think you'd be better off spending that time and energy working the wind better, patterning your prey and trying to be in the right place at the right time, and above all else be lucky and well practiced with your weapon so you can make that shot when offered.
