3 does in one morning? Doesn't that make you a poacher?

Per FWC regulations (private land):

"Daily bag limits for deer:
Two antlered deer during crossbow, muzzleloading gun and general gun season.
One antlered deer and one antlerless deer, or two antlered deer, during antlerless deer season
Two antlered deer, or two antlerless deer, or one antlered and one antlerless deer, during archery season
Regardless of the season, sex of deer or number of antlerless deer permits, harvesting more than two deer per day is prohibited. The possession limit is four deer."

I don't know if it applies to where Hardee18 hunts, but farmers and such can get nuisance permits to kill deer eating their crops, and I think there are different limits. He mentioned hunting in a grove, which is why I mention it. You have to be named on the permit to be covered by it. My nephew lives over near Lake Wales and works for FWC. He is also growing blueberries, and plans on getting a nuisance permit next year and adding me and my son as hunters.
