Got setup nice and early this morning and waited for sun up. At 7:50 a small wonky racked buck walks eight under my stand. He had about an 8-10 inch spike on one side and a little curly q on the other. As I raised my gun he spooks and runs off. He didn't blow or take off really fast, but he knew something wasn't right. Not how I wanted it to go today. More to come later...

We've been to the church to plant a bunch of flowers for Homecoming this Sunday. The catch is some of them will have to be dug back up and put in the greenhouse before the 1st frost :rolleyes . Here at Starvation Plantation, we're rearranging an oak buffet and a little antique oak "thingy" that's very heavy, only had to move it twice so far....Online bill payin' has been completed for this month, just waitin' on Thanksgiving Day and a chance to sit in the shootin' house.
