Definitely getting closer, and this off season I am so far behind I think I'm ahead. I have done nothing due to it being so wet. Hopefully it has dried up enough that I can pull the disc around a bit and at least get it knocked down and spray some glyco
We got a club meeting/work day/bbq on Saturday.
I was so close to losing 2/3 of my lease this summer. I was not looking forward to it as I would have had to cut 3 out of 6 members and I consider them all my good friends now. We were just starting to get this piece figured out too.
I am dealing with 2 land owners and the larger one put his land under contract to a home builder. Luckily for us, the group was from Texas and not some bunch of bunny lovin, tree huggers. They are allowing us to stay in place. It could take another 3 or 4 years before the housing market forces us out.
Its never to early !!!! Lots to do and plan.
