A-holes like this give us all a bad name to the non-hunting public, glad they got caught.they should run the story with pics in their local newspapers and tv. I coluld let it slide if it were someone hungry trying to feed himself or family, but cutting off the head and leaving the carcass, realy pisses me off.
+1 The states need some reciprocation statutes that allows them to revoke these assholes hunting privliges for the rest of their lives. It should also be made a felony, so then the :crap: :tung idiots who poach can't legally buy or carry a firearm.
Shooting game from the side of the road with a spot light at night needs to be made a FELONY!!!!!
With that they should lose their hunting privileges for 3-5 years. Its not like it was an accident they were out doing that. They were planning on breaking the law that night. No mercy

my cousins EX husband had the nerve to kill a doe with a rifle at a wma with no doe stamp during general gun.. Then had the nerve to skin it at the skinning rack.. STUPID IDIOT. He thought it got away with it. Ha. they went to his house with the carcus leftovers, went in his freezer got the met, and took him in. Went to court and the judge took his firearms and his gen gun hunting privelages.. he can only hunt with a bow in the state of Fl for now on. and tons of fines.
