I've only seen it done once from scratch, and that was at my granny's place on Lake Kissimmee when I was about 7 or 8. I remember watching dad chop the tree down with a double-bit axe, haul it back to granny's, sharpened the axe back up and in a matter of minutes he had that palm heart laying in a washtub.

Wonder if that slow azz Mathews and them junk Rages would get a pass thru on that thing???
