barring a family/medical emergency, something smells a little fishy to me. if you had agreed to stay for a certain time and all of a sudden he has to leave in a big hurry? makes you wonder what he did to necessitate a hasty retreat? hope it doesn't land on your doorstep also. good hunting partners are like gold. lazy,cheap,dangerous,kill crazy, drunks need not apply. probably why I like hunting alone so much, I get the last say on all decisions, set the pace (extra slow) and only have one A-hole to worry about.

He called me the next day to apologize and explained himself. It's all good. I just chalk it up to it being his time of the month! Lol!
