No excuses. Time to make an example outta somebody. Stuff like this should NEVER happen. Even at 1000 yds, you don't pull the trigger unless you are a 100% sure of what you're going to hit. And I don't care about how crappy the NV eqt they were using. There is a ZERO chance that they mistook a GW for a yote. It was murder, plain and simple.
I'm trying to be optimistic that they would not intentionaly shoot a game warden, until all the facts are in. if they shot him on purpose then they dererve to fry. but ive seen first hand how the eyes lie to the brain.when my vertigo acts up the room will appear to sway side to side ( like a wave action ), now I know the room isn't actualy moving, but thats what the eyes are telling the brain.
