Let me know what are your feelings, thoughts, and reactions to some things..
Ok if your in the woods and see a nice ladder tree stand and noone is around.. Would you use it?
What would you do if you came to your stand and someone els was in it?
Now my opinion is .. If i have a "climber" down and someone actually gets in it and "climbs up" a tree with it.. i would kinda get a little mad and ask the guy "so you just use peoples stands and thats it?"...
Now if i had a ladder stand and it was there and i know noone can mess it up , just climb up and easy down.. I would not get mad as long as they get down when i arrive.. But if someone actually gets in my climber and climbs up a tree i would get mad.. Reason.. you can mess up a climber if your careless. and possibly get hurt..
What are all your thoughts on this.

now part 2 of the question.. what would you do if you came to your stand during the day and you saw someone was in it..? Like i said i think anyone who will use your climber to climp up a tree is just a jackazz.. but if you ahd a ladder stand.
Personally I think ladder stands should not be left out on public land, period. It is public land and just because someone puts up a ladder stand and leaves it, they feel they hold claim to a particular spot as long as the ladder is there. IT IS PUBLIC LAND!!
I had some ladder stands up on public a few times and would always find trash under them. Lazy hunters that can't pick their own spot and pack in their own climber/stand
If I catch someone in my stand they will get out pretty quick...guaranteed
But I never leave my climber up unless it is over night
