$1.83 a piece is not a bad deal, in fact, it is a very good deal. I’m sure seller have more and can probably build “better packages” if asked. Me, after learning here how to refill my butane cartridges and how to use mosquito coils as mat replacements ($1.89 for 10 coils) I’m now cheap when it comes to my thermacell…
Have you noticed if the mosquito coil smell affect deer? I've heard of using them as an alternative, but I'm not sure.
we used to use those coils before the thermacell came out. Buddies of mine have shot deer while the coils have been burning. same goes for cigarettes
I don’t think game get spooked at all. In fact, there is less smell that the one you sometimes get from the pads. I’m guessing that it is because of a lower concentration of allethrin. Also, you are not burning the coil, just heating the small pieces.
