Yes it is. It is a little bent but i gave it new bolts and paint and the wheelchair whells had to go. Ill put up the pics when done.
The snap swivel idea is great..
Has anybodt ever seen the treestand silencer spray by limbsaver, I saw it in a huntin shop in missouri last year and bought a can of it works good I sprayed my summit Golith and it took that hollow alum sound away. but if you try it you need (2) cans I bought one can and it was not enough had to order another from Amazon. it looks and acks just like a rubberized bed liner but with no smell.
spraying expanding foam inside the frames also helps quiet down the stands alot.
Save your money, and go buy the rubberized undercoating. You have to prep the stand a little more (light misting of lacquer thinner after washing it down well), and you will probably want to paint it with some ultra flat camo paint when ur done. But, if it will last under a vehicle, it will more than last on a treestand.
well for starters if the stand has a gun rail I always pad it, I add at least 4 loops with fishing snap swivels to attach items I always seem to drop like thermacell, thermos, padded seat cushion, gun/bow, water/pee btl's. if it's not tied down it always ends up going overboard while I'm asleep
dude your allways hanging stuff from somewhere.. you got all kinds of stuff hanging form your camo, and now the stands.. lol..
What you preparing for? Just incase if the woods fell apart you could fix it?
