Just wanted to share this with you all. I just bought an Ol' Man Multi-Vision climber off Bass Pro's web page (a great deal at $169.00). The picture on the site shows camo rail pads (the stand comes with two rails). The climber got here yesterday and last night I opened it up. To my surprise the rail pads were black with the Ol' Man logo on them. I called Bass Pro and they couldn't really tell me anything, other than they were putting a track on the order back to the warehouse to verify they shipped the correct item.

Being that Ol' Man is based out of Tallahasse I decided to give them a call. It was 8 PM when I left a message for a guy named John explaining what happened. Well he just called me a minute ago (8 AM) to tell me that Bass Pro was using the wrong picture. He also got my address and informed me that he would be shipping me both rail pads in camo TODAY. No further questions were asked. That is what I call customer service. Correcting Bass Pro's mistake on their own dollar. Two thumbs up and a strong recommendation for Ol' Man treestands.

To follow up on this post, both camo rail pads arrived today (shooting and flat rail pads). A+ for Ol' Man's customer service.
