Ok what do you all think of this skinning knife.. I was over at erics place and he has one. He wants 35 bucks for the small one.. it seems like good quality and very sharp.. what you all think? I gotta get one.

This is the one I was using yesterday

One of the best knives I have ever touched. BTW, It will still shave after cleaning that big hog

The other knife you saw is a Case Trapper. Those 2 knives are always out when I clean an animal

I am very OCD with my knives. If a knife wont hold an edge or doesnt sharpen well, I get rid of it

eric had that ka-bar there.. its nice and small.. he wanted 35 bucks for it tho.. i mean i got no problem paying for what i want.. online its 30 so its no big deal.. just looked online and most of the ka-bar stuff is discontinued. so that scares me.

I have a K-Bar that was my granddads. He used it on the farm for castrating cattle and hogs and Dad said he carried it since he was a little boy. It has some of the best metal I have ever seen in a knife. They have been around a long time
I dont use that knife. It stays locked up and put away
