Is it done or are you going to stain it? Maybe wrap the handle in leather. I think that would look pretty cool.

havnt put it thru a crono (dont have one available) but I did bury a fieldpoint bolt to the feathers in my broadhead target at point blank range (about 6 ft).

I finished the wood with 400 sandpaper, I have only put natural stain on this, didnt want to make it too dark, and hand rubbed in 5 coats of paste wax.
I think I could have gone just a tad darker with the stain like an oak perhaps but this was good enough for me.

Not gonna put anything on the bow to hide the wood, so no wrapping of the handle. I love the feel of wood and the leather would just take that away for me.
