The bottom of the article Iluv2hunt posted says its a Zippo company. I won't buy Gerber. I don't like bear grylls, and they have his face and name slapped on their crap. Plus it is a baby food ;). Always remember talking about it amongst friends will not let the company know you don't like it. Two options and you can do both. Tell the company how you feel (probably won't help) or boycott Case products all together. Make sure your friends join in on the boycot and their friends. If no one is buying their chinese knives income will slip they will move back. Feel free to tell them that you are going to no longer purchase their products in the future.
The Tec X line of knives will come out of China and as for now, apparently all other Case knives will still be be made in Bradford, Pa. As was stated earlier, hope this is not the beginning of the end for a great American made knife. Treefarmer
