The only good deal I ever see during that sale is their Alpha Burly Sport boots. $79 is a good price. Other than that.. I don't really buy anything from there.
I know your frustration.
I have went ahead and made up my mind to avoid the big chains as much as I can. I'll order online from small time operations or try to find places local. That's for everything. I buy milk from the local dairy for Pete's sake. Costs a few more pennies but in my mind I'm giving the rich azzholes the finger.
I haven't shopped at WalMart in ages. I detest Bass Pro. I DO LIKE Cabela's though, but I'm rarely close to one. Dicks and Gander Mtn aren't much better than Wally world and Bass Pro. I shop at the loacally owned ACE vs Home Depot and Lowes...etc.
Forgot to add. I got a pair of Redhead brand briar britches there yesterday. I have worn a size 38 pants for 20 years. I've even lost about 12 pounds in the last several weeks so I am about a 36 really. These, in size 38, don't even come close to fitting. If I don't lose more weight, I am stuck with a $40 pair of britches I can't wear
The Orlando store is a tourist store. It's terrible and hardly worth the trip to just look around. High prices and low inventory. The Savannah store has twice the inventory but the prices aren't much better.
Amazon Prime is a wonderful thing to have. I buy most everything these days from Amazon and with my Prime membership it's here second day or for $3.99 next day. Amazon is also cheaper in most everything.
