I just used the chop saw, grinder and dremmel and shortened the length of pull about 3/4" on mine in about 30 minutes. the grinder and dremmel are to re-shape the recoil pad, piece of cake, and fits just right now.I've got stocks from 12" to 14 1/4" that will fit just about anyone.
