this will be my first set of dnz's and will arrive today. the design looked perfect. mounting a flat rail on a round bbl just didn't look too strong or make sense. I usually tried for a 1 pc base and have had no problems with ruger/leupold or burris all steel. not wild about some of the weaver styles, some are made of much cheaper materials than others. and the see thru's, well theres a set on the rem mdl 700 "I'm holding for a friend" and can see thru the scope ok with my face on the stock, but can barely scrunch down enough to use the see thru's and then basicly only see the bottom of the scope.
The dednutz are really cool. The rings and bases are one piece, and machined from a single block of material. This design should eliminate a lot of accuracy issues. These are the ones I ordered for my -06.

pretty much the same as the ones I put on tonight, couldn't have been easier but mine are 30mm high's, for a bigger scope. game reaper 1 piece precision mounting system. dnzproducts.com. where did you find them cheaper? I may put them on some other scopes.
