Ok, the bug hit me last night that I want a .40 cal :squid
If anyone has one for sale, or hears of one, let me know. Keeping my eyes on the gun trader sites. Looking for either a
S&W M&P, or a Glock primarily
I have a Taurus Millenium Pro 9mm to trade + money if that helps. It is my every day carry piece. Nothing wrong with it, I have 3 9mm's and just want something different
They are nice....I got 2 40's
xdm 40
sw40ve
ammo is pretty affordable and the ballistics are close to a 45 acp
only thing is that it has a snappy recoil and can take you off target if your not prepared for it. my xd45 is actually easier to keep on target.
I've got 2-glock 40's the mdl 22 a 15 shot and a mdl 27 a 10 shot. I prefer sigsauer but the glocks work great together as primary and back up both can use the 15 round mag so no need to carry different mags. conceal the mdl27 and belt/shoulder the mdl 22, or leave in car console or glove box. if I werent using them as a team I'd definately go with the sig 239 (not the double action only mdl, as I like the lighter trigger pull after the first shot). and yes the recoil is fast on the 40 cal. the sig 220 45acp all stainless is a bit heavy but recoil is not worse than my sig 9mm 226

hey nacho wich gen g22's do you have? me and the wife both carry 36's but are realy looking into the new gen 4 g22's, havent shot one yet but they sure handle nice and the adjustable back strap is a plus also, plus the whole new grip design and thined out frame, double recoil spring, and the new slide serrations (new deep cut fish gill) sure makes for a sweet feelin gun.
my 22 is a real old mdl with the straight grip, the mdl 27 I bought new less than 2 yrs ago, but it's not one of the new gen's. just reading up on them now.not sure about a double recoil spring though, if they are not perfectly matched won't it throw the return a little off balance?
