New hunting lease, 3600 acres in the old Moore's Pasture Wildlife Management Area. Was used the last 8 years as a St. Joe Corp hunting lease. Very little hunting in the last 8 years.
Has lots of deer, hogs and turkey.
Only three sections left. (Section 11, 408 acres) (Section 12, 343 acres) (Section 13, 439 acres). All sections are per $4.35 per acre including insurance.
All have existing food plots, and some have shooting houses. All food plots are to be maintained by section members. Lease borders on route 20 and Pine Log Forest.Has covered deer cleaning station and sight-in shooting range.
