We are a family oriented hunting club spouses and children are included with membership. Our yearly dues are $850.00/year with a $200.00 camper fee if kept on property year around. We have camp site on the property with electric, shower house cleaning stand, and 4-wheeler shed. We have 610 acres 300+/- acres of planted pines 3rd row thinned all hunt able, 150 acres in clear cut spread out through the property makes for great bedding areas, and the balance of property in hardwoods great mast yield every year. We also have a 2 + acre pond on the property and our property is adjacent to a 100+ acre lake. We also have several intermittent streams running throughout the property that hold water year round. There is a utility line that runs over 2 miles through the property with 5 box stands. Georgia’s QDM is in place, feeders run year around. Plenty of deer and turkey.

How many members total on the property?
Twiggs county, about 30 miles south east of Macon. I've broke down the least into 8 spots, we had 4 members last year that paid 2 spots each, 2 of them can't afford it this year. The other member and myself pay for 2 spots each leave 4 spots open. Most that would be on on at 1 time is 6. However there is an oportunity to grab another 200acres adjacent if needed.
