Well, I found out the answer. Basically do whatever the heck ya want cause FWC dont do crap. The dude got off with a warning. Then FWC threw the deer in the gut pit, then two other hunters got it out and cleaned it.

Same thing happened at buck lake. Guy shot A doe said he thought he saw horns. FWC checked him he had no priors let him go with the deer I was like WTF :eek
