So something I think you guys should add to your daypacks.... firestarters. I made up some in about 2 minutes.

I love my backtrak,I use it ever week. Every time I go in on a bay or bust a block I mark my truck and always go straight back to it.Works wonders for finding stands in the dark also,I even found a hog I shot with my bow using it. Everyone needs one.
well i carry a fanny pack.. just smaller but ill list both..
I carry a backpack if im hunting in the stand, and fanny if im groundhunting. Fanny pack is easier to move and be quiet when in thick cover.
But basically most the stuff everyone else said...water,rope,safety,some survival,knife,pen/paper,flashlights etc..
