I know of lease deals where they only ones allowed to hunt or be on the property are the actual people who lease the property...not friends or relatives. Finding other people (such as you) on the property is usually a deal breaker, so you are fortunate to be allowed to hunt on a friends lease. That being said, back to your original question.

If someone were nice enough to allow me to hunt on their lease I.....

1. Would not call it "my hunt property"
2. Would not refer to it as "my gate"
3. Realizing that, as a guest, I was lucky to be allowed to hunt there at all, I would be cognizant of the fact that I may be bumped around a little by others who own, lease, or for some other reason (nephew), might have priority over me and be flexible in my set up.
4. and I am pretty sure I wouldn't take a negative attitude about anything that one of these people did that might inconvenience me a little......since without their tolerance and good graces, I wouldn't even be there to begin with.

Just my opinion, don't mean to offend, but you asked.

Count your blessings, not injustices.....you'll be much happier. IMHO
