Scott always knows that the owners nephew hunts turkey there. Been that way for years. Nothing new. Last time we found a trail cam set up.

I know of lease deals where they only ones allowed to hunt or be on the property are the actual people who lease the property...not friends or relatives. Finding other people (such as you) on the property is usually a deal breaker, so you are fortunate to be allowed to hunt on a friends lease. That being said, back to your original question.
If someone were nice enough to allow me to hunt on their lease I.....
1. Would not call it "my hunt property"
2. Would not refer to it as "my gate"
3. Realizing that, as a guest, I was lucky to be allowed to hunt there at all, I would be cognizant of the fact that I may be bumped around a little by others who own, lease, or for some other reason (nephew), might have priority over me and be flexible in my set up.
4. and I am pretty sure I wouldn't take a negative attitude about anything that one of these people did that might inconvenience me a little......since without their tolerance and good graces, I wouldn't even be there to begin with.Just my opinion, don't mean to offend, but you asked.
worded it that way to keep it in general. And to keep to much info from floating around. If any body would have told any body that some body mite be doing any thing wouldn't have been any issue
Count your blessings, not injustices.....you'll be much happier. IMHO

Gospel!
I have a little 1st hand knowledge of the property I think Dave is talking about. He's not just any guest on that piece as far as I know. He puts his time in working the property like a slave every year and basically earns the right to hunt there. He put in more time working the lease than I have in the last 2 yrs. I know he's appreciative of the ability to hunt there and has shown it in front of me. The nephew turkey hunting there has every right to but it does suck having him walking the whole lease during deer season when you're trying to keep pressure off your spots. He did it to me so I know what Dave's talking about. Unfortunately with the deal that's set up there you'll just have to grin and bear it. And with all that corn Scott's pouring out I can't imagine why anyone would waste their money on another feeder.
