What does it take to be a guide?

First off, 100 acres of private property is not enough. FWC requires , I believe 350 acres to run guided hunts. But , it doesn't need to be one big parcel, can be smaller pieces scattered around. It can be alittle hairy at times.. lol. Was a hog hunting guide on 1200 acres for a couple of years.

I am not sure how many acres is required by FWC, I was simply giving an example of a minimum amount of land I would say would be required, i.e. 100 acres. You would have to go by whatever state requirements, in this case FWC to get a license, land, insurance, etc.

those "GUIDES" on s.r. 50 in Ridge Manor appear to be in the news yet again. don't think I'd be asking them for pointers.
