in Bartow you can get drums that had apple juice in them for about $5-10 bucks

The plastic barrels are not the easiest things to mount legs to, not bad if your going to hang them, but they are thin and when hogs start bumping the legs and pushing on them they can deform pretty easy and it's hard to get a funnel in them because the hole on top is only about a foot wide. I've tried them and had alot of problems with them. IMO there's nothing better than a steel 55 gallon drum with the clamp type seal on the lid, they are alot easier to work with than the plastic drums and they are not much more $$. Plus most of the plastic drums that hold liquid or chemical only have a 2" hole not the screw off lid like the food barrels and are pretty much unusable.

Gonna have to do a lot more looking around here locally. It'd cost me $50 in gas just to get to Chiefland or Bartow from here.
