well then how about sharing that cuz as far as I know the only way they are coming out is if you go in after em. I suppose you could leave the intestine and stomach but you'd still have to reach in and pull the tenderloin out, and I guess you leave the heart and liver? I know a neat way to gut trout thru the mouth without splitting the belly if interested.
screw that.. keep the tenderloin.. unless they are over 150 i aint gutting nothing.
You're missing out Carlos. I thought the same thing until I cleaned a doe with the guys and the loins came out so easy it made my head spin. An extra 5 minutes and it's done. Ain't nothing better than fresh loins and eggs. :clap
