Here is a better pic of my hog. He showed only weighing 149 at the processor. He dang sure looked and felt bigger than that. Had some decent cutters. Will be picking up a cooler full of Italian sausage next weekend. This hog was actually laying down asleep in a sunny spot. Never knew what hit him. 30-30 leverrevolution right behind ear

I am not real big on using processors, but this guy is the best we have ever used. Just drive up with the animal on your tailgate, and they handle it from there. Don't have to mess with gutting them or anything. Have not tried his pan style sausage yet, but he makes a killer link. Also has a smoke house to do smoked sausage. Next one I kill I am going to get some done smoked and a breakfast style sausage done. I only am gonna shoot big ones like this the rest of the year now. This one I am getting cubed steaks and link sausage. Freezer is fillin up quick here
