Now that's funny right there. With all the bears on my lease I never thought I would have an issue in the Cypress. Come to think about it I did cough a little before it started. Kind of explains how I didn't see squat this weekend and have always seen deer in this spot. My buddy wrapped the spray again on the lease and actually got the bear on cam eating the bacon and still didn't puncture the pepper spray. :smartass: I've had thoughts about hunting my stand that the bear tore up my feeder at but the acorns are starting to drop :clap: and I guess I'll take my chances with a 45 loaded full of hollow points in my hand on the way in and out.
that's funny-- pepper spray wrapped in bacon. never have had to deal with bears. have only seen them in the wild out in Oregon.
