The Improved choke is the recomended choke to use for slugs. Improved choke is a bigger diameter than the MOD.

The rifled barrel slugs CANNOT be used with a smooth bored shotgun. Usually a shotgun that has a rifled barrel will not have the option to change the choke cause the barrel is specifically made for rifled slugs.

You are absolutely wrong.

why would you use "rifled slugs" in a rifled barrel.? .. the reason they make rifled slugs is for the use in s "smooth bore barrel" .
rifled slugs will put the spin in the slug on a smooth bore gun.

rifled slugs CANNOT be fired through a rifled barrel period.

I think the word should be " rifled slugs SHOULD not be fired thru a rifled bbl." I'm sure you could load that round, pull the trigger and the slug would exit the muzzle, is it accurate, or bad for the gun ???
