Well I'm on call this weekend and I'm stuck at the house. I decided to try the sausage stuffer that I bought on eBay . The funny thing was I placed a bid on this stuffer never thinking that would win it. Low and behold I won it. So last night I bought some casing and decided that I would be stuffed sausage today in cook sausage on the weekend since I had to stay home. I make summer sausage up last night and put it in the refrigerator. And then this morning got up and stuff to get ready for the smoker now getting ready to smoke it.
