Well the best day of archery season and I'm stuck here at the house watching the clock go round and round. Yesterday I thought that I would make the best of my time and make some sausage. Here a couple of weeks ago I was surfing on eBay and saw a sausage stuffer that had a low bid with two days to go. Low and behold it held... Never thought that I'd win it. Last night I mixed up the mix and added it to the ground venison and pork. I got up first thing and stuffed it.

Stuck on call with ya.
After bringing the smoker up to 180 degrees for two and a half hours sausage are done. I think it was a success saying that it was my first time making sausage. Pictures to follow
