Hey you know there is a guy up on Ehren cutoff doing processing now...Working out of his house. My friends that have used him say he does a good job, is reasonable, and a quick turn around time
I have found in the past if I cut everything up and put in the freezer it would not get eaten or used as much or faster than when I have it processed. I do not have any equipment to process animals anyways and a part of me likes the idea that I am supplying the butcher/processor with some kind of income. If I had the time and facilities I love to give it a try though. I've had some great stuff from PA and TX that processors in my area just don't offer. (Bologna, summer sausage, etc).

had the guy over on Ehren cut-off do 5 hogs for me. he did a good job.
