Talk about a loaded question!

If you only wanted to have one gun (and were willing to have multiple barrels) I'd look at the T/C Encore so you can get a rifle barrel and a scope as well as a 12ga barrel. That would cover deer/hogs with a rifle and turkey in the spring.

If you're only looking at 1 rifle, well, a .243, 25-06, 260, 270, 280, 7mm-08, 308, 30-06. If you're wanting to keep it to florida only, I'd probably look at the 25-06 or 7mm-08, depending on whether you want a long or short action, if it even matters. If it was ME and I was only allowed one rifle, I'd probably pick the 270. Fast, flat and can be used on ALL north american game up to probably elk sized game although it will certainly take down grizzly/brown bears and moose if placed correctly - I mean a arrow can do the job - so should a properly placed bullet.

I like my 30-30 and also have a nice 30-06. Either one will do the trick in Florida.
