Outta season deer - Ignorant or mistake?

I think too many people look at the deer season dates for the state as a whole and don't pay attention to that little line about "check wma dates and regulations as they may differ from each area" or words to that effect. No matter, he is at fault for not checking specific WMA regs. I don't have any pity for him.
