That's a good size hartebeest and roan antelope in the first set of pics. We lived in South Africa when I was 11-12 y/o and saw them in the game preserves. Didn't get to hunt, though. All we could shoot with were cameras.

Any idea what type of birds those are?
Looks like spur-wing geese.
